Wayne Walton brings extensive experience across educational leadership, athletic administration, student life, college counseling, and interscholastic athletics. Throughout his career, he has focused on creating supportive environments where students can develop academically, athletically, and personally. His background includes serving as Athletic Director and Dean of Students at EF Academy New York, working in college advising and NCAA recruitment at IMG Academy, and coaching girls’ basketball at Kent School, where his teams earned two New England Class A championships.

Across these roles, Wayne has developed a student-centered approach grounded in mentorship, teamwork, discipline, and personal growth. His experience working with students, athletes, families, and school communities has shaped his understanding of how strong leadership and positive school culture can help young people prepare for future opportunities.
